A fines de los noventa, Felipe Ibañez y Jorge Gutierrez, amigos desde la infancia, fundaron Viña Anakena a los pies de la Cordillera de Los Andes en el Valle de Rapel.
Anakena nacio como un proyecto de excepcion y sus artifices no dejaron nada al azar. Certeros de que la mas alta calidad es sinonimo de distincion, visitaron las mas renombradas regiones vitivinicolas del globo para empaparse de la cultura y los adelantos en la produccion de vinos.

In the late of nineties, Felipe Ibañez and Jorge Gutierrez, friends since childhood, founded the vineyard of Anakena at the foot of the Andes Mountains in the Rapel Valley.
