El año 1982 Lomiton abre su primer local, rapidamente se transforma en un punto de reunion familiar y de la juventud de aquel tiempo. El exito obtenido incentiva a los dueños a inaugurar otros locales llegando a tener 7 restaurantes con presencia en la region metropolitana y quinta.
